Booking Policies
We want every visit to Prism & Shear Grooming Atelier to feel seamless, calm, and tailored to you. Please review the following booking policies before scheduling your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Payment Authorization
By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies and authorize Prism & Shear Grooming Atelier to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
Booking Confirmation
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. Please review it carefully and keep an eye on your inbox for reminders or updates.
Health & Safety
We uphold high sanitation and hygiene standards for every service. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive on time so we can provide the full service experience as planned. If you’re running late, give us a call. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may still result in a cancellation fee.
Solo Sessions
Our space is designed for one-on-one services. To maintain a calm environment, please avoid bringing guests unless necessary.
Service Discretion
Prism & Shear Grooming Atelier reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to maintain safety, professionalism, and the quality of the client experience.
